By accessing or using RetailCards (a NextOnus Software product), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

RetailCards provides a platform for businesses to create, manage, and distribute digital loyalty cards, gift cards, and offers via digital wallets (such as Google Wallet and Apple Wallet).

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding consumer data and loyalty programs in your jurisdiction.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

If you use paid features of RetailCards, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

The RetailCards platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by NextOnus Software and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NextOnus Software be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the RetailCards platform.
