1. Pricing Structure
RetailCards offers transparent, simple pricing designed to scale with your business. All prices listed on our platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
- Your assigned payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- You will be notified in advance of any upcoming changes to our pricing structure.
3. Free Trial
If you register for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period expires. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Since RetailCards is a digital SaaS platform, we do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. If you encounter significant technical issues, please contact support within 7 days of your charge for a case-by-case review.
5. Overages and Limits
Depending on your plan, there may be limits on the number of active digital wallets or API requests. If you exceed these limits, our team will reach out to discuss upgrading your plan to better fit your volume.
